3. John Miller has volunteered to take the minutes until the secretary position is

filled. The Vice Chairman Position is also vacant at this time.

4. Review \ correct and approve the minutes of the previous meeting.

5. Old Business:

a. Chart a course for the Eliot Webpage.

b. Review the Vendor Non-Disclosure Policy and Use Agreement for the

Town of Eliot employees utilizing the Eliot Internet Services (cover

letter to the BOS).

c. Business and Development Committee provided a recommendation on a

computer to be used by the public at the town hall. Review and provide

recommendations.

d. Information technology disaster recovery plan (Data & Hardware).

6. New Business:

a. Committee Emails.

8 September, 2008 @ 6:30pm

(Note: Meetings normally will be held on the 2nd Monday of the month).
